Rosa

A compact but smartly designed city studio for someone who values having everything on their doorstep. Rosa is located on a raised ground floor – accessed via a short half-staircase from the principal entrance. The layout is open-plan, but with discreet sliding doors that allow the kitchen and sleeping area to be made private when needed. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Rua das Trinas.

Bespoke joinery, including a built-in desk and shelving, has been carefully integrated to define the living area and add function. Like all homes at Trinas, Rosa features oak cabinetry, travertine worktops, chrome fixtures, and heritage-style Azulima tiles in the bathroom – a material palette that brings warmth and quiet sophistication to even the most compact space.
